Tickets
Tickets can be purchased online in advance or in-store on the day of your visit, subject to availability. All visitors, including both children and adults, must have a valid ticket to enter the trail.
Refunds and Rescheduling
All tickets are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact customerservice@mayfieldlavender.com, and we will do our best to assist, subject to availability.
Children
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on site. Any children behaving in a manner that could cause damage to property or disrupt the experience for other visitors may be asked to leave the premises.
Arrival
Please arrive at your booked time slot and present your booking confirmation on arrival if you have purchased tickets online.
Weather and Ground Conditions
This event takes place outdoors on a working farm. We recommend wearing comfortable footwear such as wellies or sturdy shoes. If the weather has been wet, the ground may be muddy and uneven.
Activity Packs
Activity packs are optional and can be purchased online when booking or in-store on the day of your visit, subject to availability.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome but must be friendly and kept on a lead at all times, as not all visitors are comfortable around dogs. Owners must clean up after their dogs. Visitors with dogs that are not on a lead may be asked to leave the premises.
Photography and Filming
Professional photographers must check in with a member of staff before entering the premises. Drones are not permitted anywhere on site.
Respect for the Farm
Mayfield Lavender is a working farm. Visitors are kindly asked not to pick lavender or any other plants or trees on the property.
Group Bookings
Groups planning to visit together should contact us in advance by emailing customerservice@mayfieldlavender.com.
Parking and Accessibility
Free on-site parking is available, including designated disabled bays. However, as we are a working farm, some areas of the site may be uneven or muddy, which may make access more difficult for those with mobility needs.
Visitor Responsibility
Visitors enter the premises at their own risk. As this is a working farm, please take care when moving around the site and follow all signage and staff instructions.
Lost Property
Mayfield Lavender cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen personal belongings while on the premises.
Visitor Behaviour
We ask all visitors to respect the site, staff, and other guests. Mayfield Lavender reserves the right to refuse entry or ask visitors to leave the premises if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or likely to cause damage to the property.
Temporary Closures
The garden reserves the right to restrict entry or close temporarily due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances. If a closure affects visitors, Mayfield Lavender will allow the visit to be rescheduled within the season. Refunds will not be available.
Event Changes
Mayfield Lavender reserves the right to make changes to the event where necessary, including altering or cancelling the event due to circumstances beyond our control.
Food
To complement your visit, the on-site Glasshouse Café offers a delightful selection of food and drinks. Please note that picnics are not permitted on site. The kitchen stops taking orders at 3:30 pm, and the café closes at 5:00 pm daily (4:30 pm on Sundays).
Mayfield’s Secret Lavender Garden reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice.
