At 6:45pm, guests will gather in our dedicated Sound Bath space within the garden.

From 7:00pm – 8:00pm, Reiki Master and sound healing practitioner Alexandra Wilby (@iamalexandrawilby) will guide you through a deeply restorative sound bath designed to help you relax, reset, and reconnect as the day gently transitions into evening.

Surrounded by the calming scent of lavender at golden hour, you’ll begin with a guided visualisation before being immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, the gong, and other healing instruments. This peaceful experience offers the perfect opportunity to unwind, quiet the mind, and leave feeling refreshed and restored. Following the session, you’re welcome to continue exploring The Secret Garden and soak up the beauty of the sunset at your leisure.
