About the Competition

We love seeing your photos each year — thank you for being part of it!

This competition celebrates the beauty of Mayfield, and judging is subjective. The winning image isn’t always the most technically perfect, but the one that captures something truly special.

• Something unique about the farm
• A beautiful sky
• Lavender at its best
• Natural editing (not overly filtered)
• Thoughtful composition

Entry Requirements

• Maximum 3 entries per person
• Open to entrants aged 16+
• Photos must be:
  • Taken at Mayfield Lavender Farm (Banstead) or
    The Secret Garden at Mayfield Glasshouse (Epsom)
  • Your own original work
• If people appear in your photo:
  • You must have their permission
  • For children, permission must come from a parent/guardian

How to Enter & Key Dates

• Submit via the official entry link
• Deadline: 31st August (late entries may not be considered)
• Winners contacted in September
• Winners must respond within 10 days, or the prize may be reallocated

Prize

• Prize is non-transferable
• Mayfield Lavender may offer an alternative of equal value if necessary

Important Information

• No drones unless pre-approved
• Entries must not be:
  • Offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate
  • Copied or infringe on anyone else’s rights
• Entries that break the rules may be disqualified
• Mayfield Lavender is not responsible for:
  • Lost, delayed, or incomplete submissions

Image Rights

• By submitting an entry, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and share your image for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and printed materials

Final Terms

• By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions
• Mayfield Lavender reserves the right to:
  • Amend the competition or prize if needed
  • Disqualify entries that breach the rules
• All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into
