Join us in the beautiful, light and bright Mayfield Lavender Glasshouse for a morning yoga class. Gentle stretching to awaken your body as well as a moment of peace, relaxation and mindfulness. Followed by a wholesome breakfast.

Everybody is welcome to join us for a morning of well-being and self-care.

Is there parking? Yes, there is parking on-site.

How much is it? £39 per person. This includes yoga, breakfast and drinks.

I can no longer attend. The booking is non-refundable unless someone else can replace your booking. Subject to admin fees.
