1. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to all residents. Entrants must reside within a 10 miles radius of the Mayfield Glasshouse (KT17 3DW)

• Employees of Mayfield Lavender are not eligible to enter.

2. Sponsor

• This giveaway is organised and administered by Mayfield Lavender, Epsom, Surrey, UK.

3. Giveaway Period

• The competition opens on the 6th October and closes on the 27th October at 12pm. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must:

  1. Decorate a pumpkin in their own creative style.

  2. Post a photo of the decorated pumpkin on Instagram.

  3. Tag @mayfieldlavender & @mayfieldglasshouse and use the hashtag #maliceinlavenderland in the post.

• Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries that do not follow the stated rules may be disqualified.

5. Prize

• One winner will receive a “Boo Basket” filled with Halloween goodies.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

• Mayfield Lavender reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• The winner will be announced on Mayfield Lavender’s on 27th October and contacted directly via Instagram direct message.

• If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 5 days, or is found to be ineligible, Mayfield Lavender reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

7. Rights Granted by Entrants

• By entering this giveaway, participants agree that Mayfield Lavender may use their entry (including photos, Instagram handle, and likeness) for promotional purposes across social media, website, and marketing channels, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

• By participating, entrants agree that Mayfield Lavender, its affiliates, and employees shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or injuries arising directly or indirectly from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
